4. How do I make hotel reservations?

To book a room online, click here or call (407) 351-5555 or 1-800- 266-9432 and ask for the Strategic & Competitive Intelligence Professionals or SCIP rate of $199 per night.

There is a discounted rate of $199 per night if booked by April 3, 2019.

5. What should I do for transportation?

This hotel does not provide shuttle service.

6. How do I get my badge and event material?

For Monday Workshops: 8:00am - 4:30pm*
On Tuesday: 7:45am - 5:30pm*
On Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm*

Please remember to maintain your badge for the duration of the event

7. What is the dress code?

Conference - Business Casual
Night of Networking on Monday - Casual

8. What is the climate?

The temperature in Orlando, Florida in mid-May averages highs of 88F, and with lows around 69F.

9. Are meals included in my registration?


Monday: Full Day and Morning workshop participants only: Continental breakfast, networking refreshment breaks and lunch and an evening reception with hors d'oeuvres


Tuesday: For those participating in a workshop: Continental breakfast, networking lunch, networking breaks, an evening reception with and hors d'oeuvres
For those not participating in a workshop: Networking breaks and an evening reception with hors-d'oeuvres

 

Wednesday: Continental breakfast, networking lunch, networking breaks and an evening reception with hors-d'oeuvres

 

Thursday: Continental breakfast, and networking breaks

Please note networking activities in addition to the evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday evenings are not included in the registration fee. To sign up, please add your chosen activities as a la carte items through the registration process, or by emailing events@scip.org. Payment must be received prior to the start of the event. You may also sign up on-site at the event at the SCIP registration desk, but please note the activities may be sold out at that time as space is limited.


10. May I bring a guest to the evening receptions or networking activities?

Please send all requests prior to the event to events@scip.org.  Signing up for guests to attend evening receptions/networking activities on site is subject to availability at that time.  
Bringing a guest will incur an additional fee.

11. Will I be able to give feedback for the event?

We value your feedback and will include a form in your event materials. We ask that you return this form to us at the SCIP registration desk.

12. Will I be able to access the presentations 
post-event?


You will receive access information in your event materials, as well as in a post-event email. Please allow 2 weeks for presentations to be posted.
